The Boll Lucent system combines two major technologies. The main flow is filtrated in an automatic particle filter without any consumption of filter aids or consumables. The full flow filter stops the particles and secure a defined oil quality to the lubricated system. The filtered particles is then flushed back to the main oil tank where the UCO module continuously cleans the oil.
The UCO module have specially been developed to separate contaminations and small particles even under 1 micron in size via two-phase chemical separation technology. The module is fully automatic and continuously cleans a partial flow from the main oil system.
